Please note: This is not cheap, thin, fall out pieces of hair. See the comparison we did of others on the market compared to our own. You will notice the ends on our extensions are thicker and not fragile and thin like some others which will cause lots of tangles and split ends.

All of our European human hair extensions can be curled/ straightened or used with heat.  We do not recommend you color your hair extensions as all extensions have undergone chemical treatment to ensure the hair is ready for consumer use. 

Our prices are very reasonable for the quality hair, so please consider this when you make your purchase. This is already our salon prices.  We welcome all Salon stockists and provide full customer support where needed, worldwide. We also provide a full refund policy for unopened and used hair purchased from us.  NOTE: IF YOU HAVE USED/ COLOURED THE PRODUCT - THERE IS NO REFUND!  We will only honour refunds where the product has not been used!

ABOUT OUR HAIR EXTENSIONS

All of our hair extensions are finely selected from our trusted manufacturer and are made from thick, luscious Remy European Hair (Not thin pieces). Our extensions have been highly rated as one of the best extensions across Salons who charges their customers over $600+ for a full head. 

TAPE/SKIN WEFT EXTENSIONS are the easiest extensions to use as they can be quickly attached to your hair. It is simple, completely invisible and has a totally natural appearance. It looks like the extensions are  growing from your own scalp. Each extension is attached to a clear base. On top of the clear base is invisible adhesive tape. Tape Extensions are ideal for adding length, thickness, volume, highlights and/or low-lights throughout your hair without difficulty or professional help. Just ask a friend. It will take under 30 minutes. You can use one colour which matches your hair colour, or experiment with one or two shades lighter for highlights, and one or two shades darker for low-lights. It will give your hair luxurious depth and movement. With care, these extensions should last several months and can be re-used for up to 9 months!

European Hair is very soft, dense and durable than most other hair on the market such as Asian/ Chinese Hair as the hair cuticles are much smoother. See the photos as we compare the difference of ours compared to others selling on the market.

Note: If you have Indian /African hair we would not recommend European hair because it would not be as thick as your natural and would require more than 2 packets for a full head.

HOW MUCH DO I NEED?

PLEASE NOTE! You need two pieces to create one completed extension.

For best results, your own hair must be at least chin length.

To Add Highlights To Long Hair: 20 Pieces.  

To Add Volume To Long Hair: 40 Pieces.  

To Add Volume And Length To Short Hair: 60 Pieces.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE CORRECT COLOUR?

Each monitors’ colour varies. I have used the correct colour photos on my computer, but it may look different on yours.

COLOUR VARIATION

Please be aware that all human hair colour can vary slightly between dye-lots. This is the case with any seller of human hair. There is no colour variation with synthetic hair - the colours will be exactly the same each time you buy them. If you want real hair - the colour may vary slightly. Also, there is no standard colour system between manufacturers of hair extensions. Eg number #02 from one manufacturer may be darker than #02 from another manufacturer.

No. The extensions are pre-taped with our invisible blue tape which is made in Germany.  This is the BEST tape found on the extension market as it sticks very well but also comes off nicely.  If you require extra Tape Rolls, we sell them also.

HOW DO I PLACE THEM IN MY HAIR?

Very quick, easy and simple. Ask a friend to help as you will not be able to do this on your own. Need no training. Do not need to be a hairdresser (however, to get the best results use a hairdresser who is familiar with tape hair extensions.  They will also be able to trim your hair and extensions for the perfect blend). 

HOW LONG CAN I LEAVE THEM IN?

As your hair grows, you will need to remove the extensions every 4-6 weeks.  Our tape will hold in your hair for 3 months + as with all of our customer's experience.

HOW DO I REMOVE THEM?

You MUST have someone to do this for you. Never try do this yourself.  You can purchase our TAPE Hair Extension Remover.

CAN I RE-USE THEM?

Yes. Our Remy hair will last several months with care.

BLUE TAPE. Our rolls of Blue Tape are the strongest and longest lasting on the market for tape/skin weft extensions. They hold the extensions in the hair for a minimum of 3 months. Unlike other tapes, it is the only one which has been developed for tape hair extensions. All other tapes on the market have been made to adhere hairpieces or toupees to the skin. This is the only tape which has been DESIGNED TO ADHERE THE EXTENSION TO THE HAIR - NOT THE SKIN. That is why it holds longer than any other tape.  It uses new technology and NO HEAT is needed when putting extensions back in the hair. Conditioner and oily hair products will not soften this tape once extensions are in the hair.

CAN I COLOUR THEM?

Yes. However it is better to go only one or two shades darker, never lighter. Please use a hairdresser so you get the correct results. Always use salon quality colour. Test a small sample first. DO NOT USE TONING SHAMPOOS OR CONDITIONERS. These will discolour extensions. All our hair was originally dark and has been lightened and coloured to various levels.  Please note that there is simply NO REFUND once hair has been tapered with colour or opened due to hygiene standards.

CAN I STYLE THEM?

Yes, you can use blow-drier, straightening irons, curlers, etc. Best to use a low to moderate heat. Always use a heat protecting product. Must be very gentle. It is best to let them dry naturally. Too much heat too often can permanently damage the extensions. It will turn them to straw. Best not to perm. However, if you do perm for 6 minutes using low heat only.

HOW DO I CARE FOR THEM?

DO"S

- Ensure you baby them.
- Hair extensions do not get the natural oil from your scalp - so you need to ensure they are well moisturised.
- Wash with water flowing down the hair shaft. Gently squeeze, never rub hair.
- Try to wash with gentle, salon quality shampoos and conditioner specially designed for human hair extensions. TIP: To keep extensions really soft and shiny wash with salon quality conditioner only, never shampoo.

We sell specific Hair Extension Shampoo, Conditioner and also Serum.  Our range is highly recommended for our hair extensions as they contain no Protein or harsh chemicals that will damage the hair.

Deep condition your hair once or twice a week. Leave for 20-30 minutes then rinse.
- Gently squeeze dry with towel, never rub.
- Be gentle when brushing your hair. Brush from the bottom and work your way up.
- Sleep with your hair in a loose plait.

DONT'S

- Never use things which will dry them (will make them feel coarse and mat easily) eg. anti-dandruff and clarifying shampoos or hair products containing alcohol.
- Try not to use too many styling products as these can build up and create tangling.
- Try not to wash hair more than every 4 days.
- NEVER USE TONING or COLOUR ENHANCING SHAMPOOS OR CONDITIONERS. These will discolour extensions.
- Do not swim with extensions.
- Do not sleep with wet hair.

HOW LONG WILL THEY LAST?

With proper care your Remy extensions should last several months up to 9 months from all of our client's feedback.

 INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED POSTAGE. Delivery 5 - 30 business days after cleared payment.  Usually shipping takes 5 - 10 days however allow for hold up at customs which will be out of our control.

International postage does not include import duties and taxes.  Any duties, tariffs and or any other government fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  All custom forms that we fill out will have the actual amount that you paid for the item and marked as merchandise (no gifts).

CAN I RETURN THEM?

Yes, if hair is incorrect colour or in the unlikely event items are faulty or not as described. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods. Return items in the condition you received them for a refund or exchange (minus postage costs). Please note: unless faulty, for health reasons items can only be returned if unopened, unused, and undamaged. In this case we cannot give a refund - sorry. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Registered mail must be used to protect both buyer and seller from lost or damage of items in transit. Please send us the tracking number once sent.
